The opportunity
AI access and confidence are uneven, and awareness courses aren't fixing it.
The government's national AI Skills Boost aims to train 10 million UK workers by 2030. Most of that is short online learning. AI Lab is the in-person layer — real people building real AI skills in the room, run by practitioners from Zygens, an agentic AI consultancy working with regulated and professional services firms.
It's running now. 500 people engaged since April 2026. Sponsors make it scale, and get commercial value back.

01 — Upskill
A full day of AI Lab delivered onsite at your location, to teams you choose, run by the AI Lab delivery team. Around 150 people.
02 — Volunteer
Over the following six months, your employees join us as volunteers at public, SME and university sessions near you. Around 15 volunteers, 120 hours, across two workshops.
03 — Report
Impact reported back — people engaged, volunteer hours, and stories your board and comms team can use.
